Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before check-in time
- Present the credit card used for the booking with matching valid photo identification at check-in
- A signed waiver is required before check-in
- Ages 5+ only
- Maximum weight is 250 lbs per person and 425 lbs per double kayak
- Requires physical fitness to paddle a kayak independently; not suitable for impaired mobility
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with recent seizures, dizziness, heart, back, neck, wrist, arm, or other medical conditions
- Intoxicated participants are not allowed
- Tours operate rain or shine unless cancelled due to weather
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Groups of 10+ must cancel 14 days ahead; groups of 15+ must cancel one month ahead. Eligible same-day or within-48-hour reschedules made at least 4 hours before the tour incur a $20 per-person fee. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
