Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour start time
- Ages 6+ only; ages 6–13 must share a kayak with an adult, and ages 14–17 require an adult on the tour
- Weight limit 240 lbs per person; weight checks take place before departure
- Not available during pregnancy or with recent surgery, casts, neck, back, arm, or leg conditions, heart conditions, epilepsy, or dizziness
- Requires comfort in dark, crowded, and confined environments
- Requires no signs of drug or alcohol intoxication
- Wear clothing and secure footwear that can get wet; you will enter water up to waist depth, and bare feet and flip-flops are not permitted
- Bring a towel and change of clothes to leave in your car after the tour
- Keep phones and other electronics in waterproof cases; leave plastic bottles, backpacks, and heavy items off the kayak
- Present the credit card used for the booking and matching government-issued photo ID at check-in; the cardholder must participate
