Important details
- Arrive by 8:30 AM for check-in and the safety briefing; the boat departs at 9:00 AM
- Bring the valid ID used for your waiver
- A signed liability waiver is required before departure
- Not permitted during pregnancy or with recent surgery; neck, back, arm, or leg conditions; epilepsy; heart conditions; or dizziness
- Not permitted while under the influence
- Travelers age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Expect open-water conditions that can be choppy or bumpy; the captain may adjust the route or island stops for conditions
- Bring water shoes, towels, medications, and a small bag only
- Do not bring glass bottles, coolers, spray sunscreen, jewelry, or valuables that cannot get wet
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, bookings made within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are nonrefundable. Reschedule at least 48 hours ahead; a $15 per person fee applies, subject to availability. If canceled due to weather, choose a reschedule, another tour or rental, or a full refund.

Bring a swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, water shoes, a towel, medications, the valid ID used for your waiver, and a small bag. You may bring canned drinks, but leave glass bottles, coolers, spray sunscreen, jewelry, and valuables that cannot get wet behind.
Bring up to 2 pets or service animals. Each pet needs a life jacket.
