Know before you go
- Arrive for check-in at 6:30 pm; departure is at 7:00 pm and return is by 9:30 pm
- Ages 12+ only; participants age 17 and under require an adult participant
- Designed for intermediate snorkelers
- Complete the waiver before departure and bring a valid photo ID for check-in
- Cannot participate during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Expect a 27-foot boat ride in open water that may be choppy or bumpy
- Bring a swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, water shoes, a towel, and any needed medicines
- Bring only canned drinks if bringing your own; glass containers and personal coolers are not allowed
- Avoid touching or feeding coral, fish, turtles, and other marine animals
- Expect the captain to adjust the route or snorkeling stop for sea conditions and group experience
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, bookings made within 48 hours, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Changes made at least 48 hours in advance incur a $15 per-person rescheduling fee, subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
