Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, paperwork, and the safety briefing
- A completed waiver and the matching valid government-issued ID are required
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Life vests are provided and required at all times
- Cannot participate during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Cannot participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Follow staff safety instructions and reef-protection practices
- If parking at Seven Seas Beach Park, a $5 per-car municipal parking fee is not included in the listed price
- Weather conditions can require cancellation or rescheduling; the operator determines whether conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, reservations made within 48 hours, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Late arrivals of 10+ minutes are no-shows. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a free reschedule or full refund. Rescheduling 48+ hours ahead may incur a $10 fee per rental.
