Deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. The Captain/Boat Owner may cancel due to extreme weather; you get a full refund or can reschedule. Hurricane/tropical storm warning or declared national disaster in Broward County: full refund or reschedule. Cancel within one week: forfeit deposit and owe remaining balance.
