Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund when you cancel at least 5 days before your rental. Receive a 50% refund for cancellations 2–5 days before. Cancellations within 2 days are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged in full. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
