Full refund up to 5 days before rental day. 50% refund 2–5 days before. Within 2 days is non-refundable; no-shows charged full price. Full refund or reschedule if operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances; reschedule in case of inclement weather. One reschedule up to 72 hours prior with $15 fee.
