Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 5 days before your rental date. Receive a 50% refund for cancellations 2–5 days before. Cancellations within 2 days are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, receive a full refund or reschedule.

Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Your charter starts and ends at the scheduled time, and late arrivals do not extend charter time.
Bring a government-issued ID (required for the charterer), your own food and drinks (bring your own drinks welcome), sunscreen (non-spray preferred), sunglasses and a hat, and a light jacket for ocean cruising or cooler evenings. Bring swimsuits and towels if you plan to swim.
Do not bring red wine, glass bottles (use plastic or cans instead), self-tanning lotions or staining products, or illegal substances.
