You must be 18+ to charter, but all ages are welcome aboard. Arrive 15 minutes before departure and complete the charter agreement before leaving the dock. Deposits are non-refundable, and the balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. Trips may be cancelled due to extreme weather at the captain and boat owner’s discretion; you will get a full refund or may reschedule. Trips cancelled within one week forfeit the deposit and are responsible for the remaining original balance.
