Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable; balance due upon arrival. Captain/owner may cancel due to extreme weather; you get a full refund or can reschedule. Cancellations within 1 week forfeit deposit and you owe the remaining original balance. Full refund or reschedule for hurricane/tropical storm warning or declared national disaster.
