Know before you go
- Ages 7+ only
- Reach 4'7" with both hands overhead while keeping feet flat on the ground
- An adult must accompany each child on the course
- Complete waivers online before arrival
- Wear closed-toe shoes and tie long hair in a ponytail
- Dress for the weather; the course operates rain or shine and closes only for high winds or lightning
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or modify at least 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Groups of 20 or more require 7 days' notice. If the operator closes due to high winds or lightning, you'll be notified and refunded or rescheduled.
FAQs
An adult companion is required for each child. Parents or chaperones may purchase a Kids Course ticket to join them on the Kids Treetop Adventure Course.
Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable climbing clothes. A harness is required, so avoid baggy clothing. Tie long hair back in a ponytail and dress for dirt, pollen, and tree sap.
Allow extra time for parking. The park shares parking with the zoo, and spaces can fill quickly.
