• A refundable $250 credit-card hold is authorized for damage or other incurred fees

• Keep total onboard weight, including coolers and gear, within 1,800 pounds; the 12-passenger rating assumes 150 pounds per person
• Overloaded or unsafe boats may be canceled without a refund
