No refunds for customer cancellations or no-shows. The operator may cancel for weather or mechanical failure. Receive a full refund if boats are kept in port due to weather.

The boat has a 1,500 lb total weight limit for passengers and onboard items, including coolers, gear, and ice. A group of 10 fits only if each person weighs 150 lbs or less before gear is included. Choose a larger or second boat if your total weight exceeds the limit; an overloaded boat may be canceled without a refund.
