• Renters must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license; children need an accompanying adult renter.
• Complete the online waiver from your booking email before check-in.
• Boat operators must complete a safety video, checklist, and contract before the rental; allow about 20 minutes.
• Keep the combined passenger and gear weight at or below 1,500 pounds; 10-passenger capacity assumes 150 pounds per person.
• The operator may cancel an overloaded or unsafe booking without a refund.
• A refundable $250 credit-card hold is authorized, provided there is no damage or other incurred fees.
• A credit-card processing fee applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
