- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure or you may lose your spot
- Check in at the ticket booth in the parking lot; it opens 1 hour before departure
- Choose seating on a first-come, first-served basis

Trips run in light rain and moderate weather but may be canceled up to 1 hour before start for severe or unsafe weather. If canceled, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive a refund minus processing fees.
