Think Tank delivers exactly what escape room enthusiasts are looking for: cleverly designed puzzles that challenge without frustrating, and sets that genuinely impress. The space station room gets particular praise for its hydraulic movements and transforming environment, while the Mayan-themed room wows players with sound effects and moving props that create some fun jump scares. Groups consistently mention how engaged everyone stays throughout, with puzzles varied enough that each person contributes to solving them. The staff earns high marks for their attentive approach to hints, jumping in at just the right moments to keep things moving without giving too much away. The difficulty level hits a sweet spot where groups typically finish with a few minutes to spare, feeling accomplished rather than rushed or underwhelmed. Families with kids as young as seven have great experiences, though keep in mind some rooms are dark and include surprise sound effects. The only hiccup mentioned involved not receiving promised photos afterward, but that seems to be an isolated incident rather than a pattern.
First time doing one of these and our group of 7 had a lot of fun! It wasn’t frustratingly challenging but also not super obvious. We finished with 13 mins to go but I didn’t feel like we wasted our money. Staff was really nice and the set/props were a lot more advanced than what I was expecting. Would go again and try another one.
