Renters must be at least 25 years old and complete online registration using a valid state-issued ID. Arrival is required 30 minutes prior to departure for orientation. A driver’s license or passport must be presented on the day of the rental, along with a valid credit card at check-in; a $1,000 hold will be placed as a security deposit. All rentals must return fully fueled. Pets, smoking, open flames, fishing gear, barbecues, and beaching the boat are not permitted; however, vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
For boat rentals: 100% refund up to 5 days before. 3–4 days prior: gift card for future rental. 1–2 days prior: no refund. For captain services: 100% refund up to 5 days; no refund within 5 days. No refunds for clouds, rain, or sun. Unsafe air quality, high winds, or lightning may allow a full refund or gift card. Service may be refused if intoxicated; no refund.
A: No. Idaho does not require a boater’s license, and CDA Pontoons recommends reviewing local boating safety information before your rental.
A: Yes. CDA Pontoons provides a safety overview, boat orientation, and lake guidance before you head out. If you would rather not drive, you may also book captain services.
A: Yes. USCG-licensed captains are available for rentals, and captain services can be a good option for groups that want a designated driver or guided time on the water.
