Things to know
You must be able to walk about 400 yards to and from parking and step into and off of the boat. A Glen Canyon Park pass is required for vehicle entry to the Glen Canyon Recreation area.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. If LPX cancels due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, you can reschedule; if it cannot be rescheduled, you get a refund. No refunds after the cancellation period due to grey skies or lack of sunshine.

Sign the required electronic waiver for all passengers before you board. If you do not complete it, you may forfeit your booking without a refund.
Arrive at the dock 15 minutes before departure. If you are not present at least 10 minutes before start time, you forgo your spot and no refunds are given.
You must be able to walk about 400 yards down and uphill between parking and the dock, and you must be able to step into and out of the boat.
