Important details
- Minimum height: 42 inches to ride
- Not suitable during pregnancy
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and hold a valid driver's license
- If any passenger is under 18, the driver must be at least 25 and the legal guardian of any minors riding
- A Premium Damage Waiver is included and limits maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
- A $500 damage hold per machine is placed on your card on the day of your reservation and released after 7 days
- Late vehicle returns are charged $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Yes. A mandatory gas charge applies based on the duration, and a damage deposit is required for every machine rental and authorized on arrival by credit or debit card only. Clarify the gas-charge amount with Greetwell before booking.
Drivers must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license. If you have passengers under 18, the driver must be at least 25 and the legal guardian of any minors riding along. Children must be at least 42" tall to ride.
