- Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license; drivers with passengers under 18 must be at least 25
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- Complete the required waiver and safety video before riding
- Expect a mandatory gas charge based on rental duration that is not included in the listed price
- Expect an 8.5% equipment-use and maintenance fee, separate from taxes and fees
- A $1,500 damage hold per machine is required on a credit or debit card on the day of your reservation and is released after 7 days
- A Premium Damage Waiver is included and limits maximum out-of-pocket damage responsibility to $2,500
- Expect late-return charges of $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or the full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Yes. A mandatory gas charge applies based on your rental duration (clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking). You also need a $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine, collected on arrival by credit or debit card only.
Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation start time. The shop follows Phoenix, Arizona time, and your phone may jump time zones due to nearby Utah and Navajo Nation.
Complete one release of liability waiver per machine, add all members of your party as passengers, and watch the required safety video.
