Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule without penalty at least 7 days before start. A 25% lifetime deposit is required to confirm. Changes within 7 days are not rescheduled or refunded. No-shows are charged the full amount.

Dress in layers suitable for outdoor activity and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Bring sunglasses and sunscreen, a water bottle, and any personal items or medications you may need. In winter conditions, bring warm gloves or mittens and a warm hat (toque, beanie, or balaclava), plus insulating and windproof/waterproof layers.
The tour runs in rain, snow, or shine. For safety, conditions colder than -15°C may lead to rescheduling or cancellation.
