Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time; late arrivals receive only the remaining rental time
- Bring a passport or government-issued photo ID; you cannot ride without it
- Ages 18+ to drive and 10+ to ride as a passenger
- Maximum weight is 450 lbs per jet ski and 225 lbs per person; riders sharing a jet ski are weighed at check-in
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, back or neck pain, heart conditions, and severe medical issues are not permitted
- A $20 USD dock fee per jet ski is collected in cash at check-in and is not included in the listed price
- Leave cell phones, cameras, tablets, drones, and other electronic devices behind during the activity
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and follow all safety instructions
- You are responsible for jet ski damage; capsizing carries a $500 USD charge not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations 24 hours before departure receive a 70% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund for weather cancellations only when port authorities suspend the activity.

Bring an official photo ID, swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sunglasses, water shoes, and biodegradable sunscreen. A rash guard and hat are also advised.
Transportation is not included with the activity.
