Things to know
You must be able to walk about 400 yards to and from parking and step on and off the boat. A Glen Canyon park pass is required for all vehicles; clarify the cost with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, you can reschedule or get a refund if it cannot be rescheduled.

Arrive at the dock 15 minutes before departure. If you are not present at least 10 minutes before the start time, you forgo your spot and no refunds are given.
You must be able to walk about 400 yards downhill and uphill between the parking area and the dock, and step down into and out of the boat.
All vehicles must present a Glen Canyon Park pass to enter the Glen Canyon Recreation Area. You can buy it at the entrance booth, and an Annual National Park Pass also works.
