Ages 8+ only; guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Not recommended for guests with severe mobility impairments due to moderate walking. A cleaning fee of $250–$500 may be charged if extra vehicle cleaning is required due to bodily fluids or other damage.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours are not refunded or rescheduled; no-shows are charged the full amount. Group bookings of 6+ and any custom/private tours require 7 days’ notice; a 25% deposit is required to confirm.

Yes. You must complete a liability waiver before the start time to participate. If you’re under 16, a parent or guardian must complete your waiver.
Dress in layers for changing conditions. Bring comfortable walking shoes, a rain jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, a reusable water bottle (cold water refills are available), and a fully charged camera with space on your memory card. In winter, wear winter boots.
The Banff highlights tour operates rain, snow, hail, or sunshine. In extreme weather, the tour may be cancelled with rescheduling or a full refund.
