With a perfect track record across Pacific Northwest tours, this small-group operator consistently delivers exceptional experiences through knowledgeable guides who clearly love what they do. Lindsay, Sarah, and Marty get frequent shout-outs for being entertaining, professional, and genuinely invested in each guest's comfort. Reviewers highlight how guides customize itineraries, share fascinating local knowledge, and handle logistics seamlessly—from navigation assistance on trails to accommodating dietary restrictions. The tours cover stunning destinations like Mount Rainier, Olympic National Park, and whale watching excursions. The little touches set these tours apart: quality snacks and lunches (those cookies get mentioned!), properly timed stops, thoughtful photo opportunities, and guides who remember to check in with every guest. Even when weather doesn't cooperate or government shutdowns affect parks, the team stays communicative and adapts smoothly. The office staff earns praise for being responsive and following through on promises. Travelers consistently describe these as the best small-group tours they've experienced, with several mentioning plans to book again.

I joined the full-day Mount Rainier tour and had an amazing experience. Our guide, Brent, was incredibly knowledgeable about the region’s history, geography, plants, and wildlife. He guided us to Paradise for snowshoeing, and as a first-timer, it was such a memorable experience. Brent also took us along some lesser-known trails with stunning scenery that made the trip feel even more special. He has a great sense of humor and created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. Since it was a small group tour, everyone felt like family by the end. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.
