    Things to know

    Participants must be at least 12 years old and 5'2" (152 cm) tall. Tours run in most weather; trips may be rescheduled if temperatures drop below −15 °C.

    Cancellation policy

    Free changes or cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start for small-group tours. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Group reservations of 6 or more guests and private bookings require 7 days’ notice; these bookings include a 25% non-refundable deposit.

    We had a sunrise tour at Moraine Lake with Aaron as our guide, and we truly had the best day. Despite the early start, Aaron was chipper from the get go, which set the tone for a lovely tour where we felt very well taken care of and like we could ask anything we needed or wanted to know about Moraine Lake and the surrounding area. We also had a much needed hot drink pitstop upon arrival at Moraine Lake, with blankets if we needed them, before making our way to the viewing spots for the sunrise. Aaron took some gorgeous photos of us and other members of our group against the sunrise backdrop, politely asking others who had been hogging the good viewpoint spots if they would mind giving our group a bit of time to get good photos there. Everything went to schedule, the journey was very pleasant and enjoyable, with some lovely conversation throughout the minibus, taking the scenic route back to Banff via the Bow Valley Parkway, and it felt like our whole tour group reflected the vibe Aaron gave off, which made for one of the best tours of our two week trip in Canada. Thank you so much Aaron and Radventures for such a memorable penultimate day in Canada, and thanks for the laughs! Highly recommended!
