Minimum age is 8, and guests under 18 must be with a parent or adult guardian. Museums are closed Sunday morning and Monday. Dogs are not allowed, except service dogs.

Cancel or change by email 48+ hours in advance for a refund or to rebook. Within 48 hours, all sales are final. Online booking fees are non-refundable; rebooking may incur a further 6% fee on the new total. If Ghost Ranch cancels due to closure, public health mandate, or weather, refund minus online booking fees or rebook.
