Tours depart from Port of the Islands Marina in Naples. Arrive 10 minutes early. Tours run rain or shine unless there is lightning. Late arrivals or missed departures are not eligible for refunds. All ages are welcome. Gratuity is at your discretion.
Cancellation policy
No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of departure. Reschedules within 24 hours may rebook at 50% off. Late guests who miss the boat can reschedule at 50% off. If you test positive for Covid and cancel at least 24 hours prior, you receive a full refund. No refunds within 24 hours of departure. No persons testing positive within 5 days of departure allowed on the boat.
