- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a Florida Temporary Boater Safety Certificate unless they have a boating license
- Carry a valid photo ID while on the water
- A $400 security hold per jet ski applies on the day of rental for potential damages
- Without optional secondary insurance, you are fully responsible for rental damage
- Reserve at least 2 jet skis for a private tour
- Stay within the designated map boundaries to avoid rental termination and loss of the security deposit
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours, no-shows, or failure to meet age, licensing, or participation requirements. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen operational circumstances.

FAQs
Complete all waivers and boater safety requirements before you arrive. If you do them onsite, that time is deducted from your rental duration.
A temporary charge for 50% of the rental is placed at reservation. A security deposit is also held per jet ski on the day of rental and released after the equipment is returned and inspected; clarify the deposit amount with Greetwell before booking.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must have a Florida Temporary Boater Safety Certificate to operate a jet ski unless you already have a boating license.
