All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must use a child safety seat; a CAD 40 fee applies if you use the operator’s seat.

Shared tours: full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before pick-up; no refund within 48 hours. Group bookings (6+): 7-day notice. Private tours/transfers bookable online: cancel 7+ days for full refund; no refund within 7 days. Operator may cancel/modify; you can reschedule or get a refund.

Bring snacks or lunch (please don’t eat inside the vehicle), a refillable water bottle (refills are provided), comfortable shoes, layers, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray. If you plan to hike, bring appropriate gear, including bear spray.
No. Canoe rental is not included and runs on a first-come, first-served basis at the lakes.
