FAQs
Be ready 10 minutes before your pickup window. Pickups run 8:00–8:15 AM in Canmore and Harvie Heights, and about 8:30–8:45 AM in Banff; your driver/guide may arrive slightly earlier or later due to multiple stops.
Bring snacks (please don’t eat them inside the vehicle), a refillable water bottle (refills are provided), comfortable shoes, and dress in layers. Also pack sunglasses, sun screen, and bug spray.
Food/meals aren’t included. You can bring snacks (please don’t eat them inside the vehicle) or buy food at the lakes; coffee shop lines can be long.
