Things to know
The Honorable William Wall is open seasonally from May through October. Flat shoes are recommended because you use ladders and stairs to board.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you cannot make it, you can give or sell your ticket to another person. In the rare instance of a hurricane or mechanical breakdown and they have to close, they will inform you by email and reschedule or refund your tickets.

Arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled launch so you have time to check in.
If you miss the boat, you will be sent out as soon as space opens up on a launch.
