Check in 15–30 minutes early; boarding begins 5 minutes prior and departs on time. This is a heavily narrated cruise; keep conversations low and note it is not for children under 12. No outside alcohol permitted; route may be adjusted due to bridge or river closures.
Reschedule up to 24 hours before for bookings of 1–8; 1 week for 9–16; 2 weeks for 17+. Refunds are not available. If the operator cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund. Runs rain or shine.
