Things to know
You must be 18+ to rent and 16+ to ride. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Late returns may be charged a late fee ($35 per unit and up, depending on how late you are).
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled before 72 hours of your booking. 50% refund if cancelled inside 72–48 hours. No refund within 48 hours, for no-shows, or for early returns.
FAQs
Complete the electric waiver ahead of time so check-in is smooth. You are responsible for your personal safety and the rental gear.
Bring your own helmet if you prefer, plus a backpack with water, hat, sunscreen, food, drinks, and clothing suited to the weather. Only some bikes have baskets, so consider bringing a strap to tie down bags.
Locks are available, but you must ask for one (recommended if you plan to leave the bike during your ride or you have a multi-day booking).
