- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Ages 18+ only; drivers must be 18 or older
- Bring a valid photo ID and the card used for purchase; the cardholder name must match the ID
- Weight limit: 225 lbs per person and 450 lbs combined per jet ski
- Expect a $20 USD dock fee per jet ski, not included in the listed price, payable in cash at check-in
- Leave cell phones, cameras, GoPros, drones, and valuables behind during the jet ski ride
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions, epilepsy, dizziness, and back, neck, joint, or muscle problems are not permitted
- You are responsible for jet ski damage; capsizing carries a $500 USD charge
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your experience for a full refund. Later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability. Full refunds for weather apply only if port authorities suspend the activity.
FAQs

Each jet ski seats up to two people within the 225 lbs-per-person and 450 lbs-combined weight limits. During the jet ski ride, you may switch drivers once.
Transportation between your hotel and the meeting point is not included.
