- A $20 USD per-person dock fee is not included and is collected in cash before boarding
- An additional $35 USD charge applies at check-in if a solo shared-speedboat booking has no partner

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your experience for a full refund. No refund for later cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability; no day-of changes. Full refund for weather cancellations only if port authorities suspend the activity.
