Important details
- Ages 13+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Height and weight limits: under 6 ft 6 in and under 265 lbs; if 5 ft 5 in or shorter, 200 lbs or less
- Complete the online waiver before arrival. Each waiver unsigned 24 hours before departure incurs a $10 paper-waiver processing fee
- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for parking, gear preparation, and the safety briefing
- Wear shoes that stay secured to your feet; flip-flops are not allowed
- Tours operate rain or shine
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your tour for a refund minus a 5% handling fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final unless canceled for weather. If weather cancels before launch, reschedule or receive a refund minus the handling fee. If canceled within the first hour after launch, reschedule or receive a 50% refund.

FAQs
Wear quick-dry synthetic, wool, or silk layers; a windbreaker or rain jacket; and shoes that can get wet and stay secured to your feet. Avoid cotton, denim, and flip-flops.
Bring a full water bottle, snacks or a light lunch, sun protection, and dry socks and shoes or a change of clothes for after the tour.
Most people do not get very wet on this paddle, but your footwear will get wet and some clothing may become damp.
