Cancel 7 or more days before your experience to receive a refund minus any non-refundable booking or processing fees. Cancellations less than 7 days before, same-day cancellations, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
