Cancellation Policy
A 5% non-refundable handling fee applies to all bookings. Cancel at least 7 days before for a refund minus the handling fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final unless canceled due to weather. If weather cancels before launch, reschedule or receive a refund minus the handling fee. If canceled within the first hour after launch, reschedule or receive a 50% refund.
