Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in and orientation
- Ages 13+ only; travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Use rentals only on Tomales Bay; ocean and Drakes Estero paddling are not allowed
- Avoid flip-flops; wear footwear that stays securely on your feet
- Return overnight rentals by 4 PM
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before for a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final and nonrefundable unless canceled for inclement weather. If the operator cancels before launch due to weather, receive a full refund or reschedule. If canceled within the first hour after launch, receive a 50% refund or reschedule.
