Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and orientation
- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Ages 13+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear secure water shoes or sandals; flip-flops are not allowed
- Height and weight information is required for every participant
- Overnight parking requires your vehicle license plate details
- Return 6-hour and overnight rentals by 4 PM
- Request a wetsuit at least 24 hours ahead if needed
- Gratuities are not included; 15–20% is customary
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before for a refund minus a 5% handling fee. Within 7 days, reservations are final unless canceled due to weather. If weather cancels before launch, receive a refund minus the handling fee; if canceled within the first hour after launch, receive a 50% refund or reschedule.

No. Your kayak rental includes straps and pads for vehicles without a roof rack, plus a walkthrough for loading the boat.
Wear quick-dry or synthetic layers, secure water shoes or sandals, and a windbreaker or light waterproof jacket. Bring water, snacks or lunch for longer rentals, sun protection, and extra warm layers in cooler months. Do not wear flip-flops.
