Pick up tickets at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure from the Grand Canyon Railway Depot in Williams. Arriving 1 hour early is recommended.
Bring a valid photo ID. Tickets are non-transferable, and the person picking them up must match the name on the reservation.
Coach Class cars have ADA-compliant restrooms, and power lifts are available at both depots. The train also has space for most wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters.
