Once the sound bath begins, the practitioner will play various instruments, creating a tapestry of sounds and vibrations that wash over you. You may experience a range of sensations, such as tingling, warmth, or a sense of floating. It is important to simply relax and allow the sounds to guide you. After the sound bath, the practitioner will gently bring you back to the present moment with a few calming words or sounds.
