Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in
- Complete the required waiver before your rental
- Ages 23+ to rent; ages 21+ with a valid driver's license to operate
- Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian
- Bring a valid driver's license and the credit card used for the reservation
- An $18 street-legal/off-road tag fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- A $1,500 credit-card preauthorization hold is required at check-in; you are responsible for damage up to $3,000
- Refill the vehicle with 91 premium fuel before returning it
- Ride only on local and state-approved open trails; travel outside Arizona, including Mexico, and riding in sand dunes are prohibited
- If recovery is required, a $500 fee plus $95 per hour applies and is not included in the listed price
- If damage puts the vehicle out of service, a $100-per-day loss-of-use fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 7 days before your rental. From 7 days to 48 hours before, refunds are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No refund within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels because weather makes riding unsafe.

You must be 23 or older to rent and 21 or older to operate the machine. Operators must have a valid driver’s license. Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian.
An $18 street-legal/off-road tag fee is required and added to your rental cost. At check-in, you must place a credit card pre-authorization hold in the amount of the damage deductible (listed as $1,500 or $3,000; confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking).
Yes. The company does not offer or cover collision damages, and you are responsible for the full extent of any damage that occurs while riding. Your card may be charged for damage, recovery, downtime, cleaning, or misuse.
