Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and complete the required waiver before your rental
- Renters must be 23+; operators must be 21+ and hold a valid driver's license
- Passengers under 18 must ride with a guardian
- Bring your driver's license and the credit card used for the reservation
- A $1,500 preauthorization credit-card hold is required at check-in
- You are responsible for damage up to $3,000; your card may also be charged for time overages, excessive cleaning, or lost equipment
- Wear closed-toe shoes when operating the vehicle
- An $18 street-legal/off-road tag fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Stay on local and state-approved open trails; closed or restricted trails are prohibited
- Do not travel outside Arizona, including Mexico, or ride in sand dunes
- If vehicle recovery is required, a $500 fee plus $95 per hour applies; vehicle downtime is charged at $100 per day
- Rugged terrain and vehicle entry may not suit pregnancy, back or neck concerns, or impaired mobility
Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 7 days before your rental. From 7 days to 48 hours before, refunds are minus a 25% cancellation fee. No refund less than 48 hours before. Full refund if the operator cancels because riding is unsafe due to weather.
