Important details
- Arrive 30–60 minutes before train departure for check-in
- Bring your reservation number and a valid photo ID for every adult
- Bring your valid America the Beautiful Park Entrance Pass if using one
- Children under 2 require a paid seat on the Hummer
- High heels, flip-flops, sandals, and open-toed shoes aren't permitted
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before train departure. No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure or for no-shows.

FAQs
From January 1–October 31, the train leaves Williams at 9:30am and returns at 5:45pm. From November 1–December 31, it leaves at 8:30am and returns at 4:45pm.
Park entrance fees apply to travelers ages 16+. A valid America the Beautiful Park Entrance Pass or Annual Grand Canyon National Park Entrance Pass can cover fees for up to 4 adults. Non-US residents also need a Non-Resident Entrance Pass for each adult unless they have a qualifying Non-US Resident America the Beautiful Pass.
Dress for quickly changing Grand Canyon weather. Bring a winter jacket, gloves, hat, and waterproof shoes or boots in colder weather; wear layers in warmer weather. Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended year-round.
