- Arrive 15 minutes before the ride begins
- Complete the electronic waiver before check-in
- Wear long pants, socks, and closed-toe shoes
- Riders must be at least 4 ft tall
- Rider weight limit is 300 lbs per person
- Children ages 1–5 may share a horse with an adult; one child and one adult per horse, with a combined weight under 300 lbs
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged in full.
