Pick up your tickets at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure from the Grand Canyon Railway Depot in Williams. Arriving 1 hour early is recommended.
Bring a valid photo ID. The person picking up tickets must match the name on the reservation, and tickets are non-transferable.
