With an exceptional track record and nearly perfect ratings, this Back Bay operation clearly knows how to deliver memorable water adventures. The staff, particularly guides like Captain John and Ron, consistently earn praise for being friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in creating great experiences. Multiple reviewers mention how the team stays with jet ski renters throughout their time on the water, ensuring everyone feels safe and confident. The equipment is well-maintained, and customers appreciate the thorough safety briefings before heading out. Beyond jet skis, they offer pontoon rentals (one couple even cruised over to Blue Pete's for dinner) and private cruises that guests rave about. The uncrowded Back Bay location gives you plenty of room to explore. One negative review mentioned feeling the staff was dismissive, but this seems to be an isolated incident among overwhelmingly positive feedback. First-timers and experienced water sports enthusiasts alike report having a blast, with many already planning return visits.
We really enjoyed the sunset cruise, great way to get out on the water, a relaxing and fun way to end the day or begin the evening. We had been out on the bay in kayaks during the day, but we got much farther and had different views on this boat. The variety of birds we saw — bring binoculars! — made the birder in our group happy, and this cruise is also child-friendly. Plus, the captain and staff on shore could not have been friendlier. Definitely recommend.
