Things to know
You must be 18+ to rent. In-shop cash rentals require a credit card on file. Delivery has an extra charge: +$10 one-way or +$15 round trip.
Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 24 hours prior. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are not rescheduled or refunded. Taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days ahead can be refunded minus a $5.00 processing fee. If VBSS cancels due to foul weather, they will reschedule when possible or otherwise refund.
